New SMARTElectrode Versions released

New versions of SMARTElectrode for Creo Parametric are now available!

SMARTElectrode for Creo Parametric 4.0 – 9.0

An overview of the main improvements and bug fixes available:

• Introduction of new parameters
  • Burn-depth (&burndepth). Default value will be calculated based on copied burn-faces (copy-geoms). It’s recommended to add parameter as component parameter to allow a different value for each electrode position. Is currently used in interface for Ingersoll MultiProg (MPG) and PowerSparkEditor (PSE).
  • Order number (&order). Use this parameter to set a custom order number. Selected operation is used by default in output. Optional usage in interface for Zimmer & Kreim Alphamoduli.
  • Measure program type (&measureprogtype). This parameter can be used to overwrite the automatically assigned value.
  • Optional usage in interface for Zimmer & Kreim Alphamoduli.
• New parameter owner “PROJECT”. Project parameters are automatically saved to assembly and electrode parts. Value in assembly is the leading for locked part parameters. Can be used if its necessary to transfer a parameter value from assembly to electrode while maintaining the default rule for identification.
