Description
Due to a bug in legacy versions of the Microsoft system library ucrtbase.dll Creo prohibits the start of B&W applications in rare cases since it maliciously considers the application not to be unlocked.

To update the ucrtbase.dll to the current version please click ‘Start’ > type ‘windows update’ > click ‘Check for updates’.

<creo_install_dir >/common files/x86e_win64/obj
